THE PERFECT PEANUT BUTTER REPLACEMENT.

THIS IS A HUGE FREAKING DEAL.

IT TASTES LIKE PEANUT BUTTER, BUT IT WON’T CAUSE ME TO GO INTO ANAPHYLACTIC SHOCK. 

Favorite Peanut Butter Replacement:

Trader Joe’s Sunflower Seed Butter. It tastes exactly like peanut butter with a distinct sunflower seed finish. Its leaner than most peanut butter, and there is none of that irritating oil sitting in the top. 

It has 3 ingredients: Sunflower Seeds, Evaporated Cane Juice, and Salt. So its clean eatin’

Its 200 calories for 2 tablespoons, and has 7 grams of Protein and 4 grams of Fiber, which if you don’t know, is a lot of protein and fiber.

Best of all, It replaces peanut butter for me, which I’ve been craving hardcore, but can’t eat due to my food allergies.
