Yup, I’m doing LiveFit!
I really like the plan because it thought of everything down to the eating schedule and food lists! I love it workout wise too! Its definitely giving my workouts a focused direction, which is good because I’m kinda all over the place normally. And I absolutely think its the right place to ease yourself into lifting!
