Workout of the day: Thursday 02/02/2012
I did the Wide Grip Lat Pulldown, as well as 2x5 Pull-ups and Bent Over Barbell Rows instead of the T-Bar Row, because I forgot to watch the video, and didn’t wanna do it wrong.
I’m in Week 3/Day 18 of Jamie Eason’s LiveFit, but I’m a little off track this week because of not having time to get to the gym on monday (I did 30DS though) and giving blood yesterday (not being able to move my arm without bleeding profusely).
The next few days are gonna be rough because I’m gonna have to finish week 3, and start week 4 the day after to stay on track. ughhhh
