You guys, I am five.
Meet my breakfast, Mr. Healthy Meal. He is my protein nudge for the day.
He consists of:
A protein pancake made with
- 1 pack of tuna
- 2 whole eggs, one white
- 1/4 cup bisquik (too lazy to make oat flour this morning)
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- cooked in 1/2 tbsp coconut oil (MCT’s FTW!)
Everything else
- 1 cup green beans
- 10 grape tomatos
- 1.5 cups spinach
