You guys, I am five.

Meet my breakfast, Mr. Healthy Meal. He is my protein nudge for the day.

He consists of:

A protein pancake made with

  • 1 pack of tuna
  • 2 whole eggs, one white
  • 1/4 cup bisquik (too lazy to make oat flour this morning)
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • cooked in 1/2 tbsp coconut oil (MCT’s FTW!)
Everything else
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 10 grape tomatos
  • 1.5 cups spinach
