I weighed 158 at the beginning of this year now with clean eating and exercise I weigh 140! I'm tall I'm 5'8! I know how it goes with gaining from birth control and college food, so congrats on the fat you’ve lost and the clean eating you’re doing!!

As far as weight goes, you’re at a wonderful weight for your height. So instead of losing more weight, I’d focus on building muscle, which will give you the nice lean shape you’re looking for, while building your metabolism and making your body more effective at burning fat.

While I’m humbled that you consider my body your thinspiration, I’d love it even more if I was considered your FITspiration, as I’ve worked hard, and eaten clean for the body I have now!
