They are good! A little dry…I put some plain yogurt on top with raspberries and it was quite tasty
I realized after I made everything that I should have added more milk, because oats take on more liquid than normal flour would. Now I know for next time

Healthy-Girl Bakes: Banana Protein Muffins
This was my first time trying to make these/ coming up with my own recipe, and I think these turned out pretty well!
Ingredients
3 large ripe bananas (mashed)
1 whole egg
3 egg whites
2 tsp vegetable oil
1/3 cup 2% milk (or Coconut Milk, or any milk alternative)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda

Sorry about the week long hiatus.
Last week was disgustingly busy for me :-/
On a good note, working out last week was very successful, and now I’m on to Phase 2/ Week 5 of LiveFit!
